  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Clean the oyster mushrooms by gently brushing off any dirt or debris. If necessary, use a damp paper towel to wipe them clean. Trim the ends and tear any large mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
